Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu (1,400m)

Welcome to Nepal! Upon arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport, our representative will welcome you and transfer you to your hotel. After check-in, relax and explore Thamel if time permits. In the evening, meet your guide for a short briefing and final trek preparation.

Day 2: Fly to Lukla and Trek to Phakding (2,610m) – 8 Km, 3 Hours

Early morning, take a scenic flight to Lukla (2,860m), enjoying spectacular Himalayan views. After landing, begin walking through beautiful villages and forests alongside the Dudh Koshi River. Continue to Phakding and enjoy your first evening in the Everest region.

Day 3: Phakding to Namche Bazaar (3,440m) – 10 Km, 6 Hours

Continue along the Dudh Koshi River through pine forests, Sherpa villages, and suspension bridges. Enter Sagarmatha National Park and gradually climb toward Namche Bazaar. The final uphill section rewards you with beautiful Himalayan scenery and views of the famous Sherpa town.

Day 4: Acclimatization Day in Namche Bazaar (3,440m)

Spend an important acclimatization day in Namche. Take a short hike toward the Everest View Hotel for spectacular views of Mount Everest, Ama Dablam, Lhotse, and other Himalayan peaks. Explore the local market and Sherpa culture before returning to Namche.

Day 5: Namche Bazaar to Tengboche (3,860m) – 10 Km, 5 Hours

Follow a scenic trail above the Dudh Koshi Valley with excellent views of Everest, Lhotse, Nuptse, and Ama Dablam. Descend toward Phungi Tenga and climb through rhododendron and pine forests to Tengboche. Visit the famous Tengboche Monastery and enjoy its peaceful surroundings.

Day 6: Tengboche to Dingboche (4,410m) – 9 Km, 6 Hours

Descend through the forest and cross the Imja River before continuing toward Pangboche. Enjoy magnificent views of Ama Dablam throughout the day. Continue gradually upward through the Imja Valley until reaching Dingboche, a beautiful mountain village surrounded by spectacular peaks.

Day 7: Acclimatization Day in Dingboche (4,410m)

Take another important acclimatization day before heading higher. Enjoy a gradual hike around Dingboche, with an optional hike toward Nangkartshang Peak for panoramic views of Ama Dablam, Lhotse, Makalu, Island Peak, and surrounding mountains.

Day 8: Dingboche to Lobuche (4,940m) – 8 Km, 5 Hours

Leave Dingboche and follow the trail toward Thukla, where you will see memorials dedicated to climbers who lost their lives in the Everest region. Continue climbing toward Lobuche through an increasingly rugged alpine landscape with views of Nuptse, Pumori, and surrounding peaks.

Day 9: Lobuche to Everest Base Camp and Gorak Shep (5,164m) – 12 Km, 8 Hours

Today is the highlight of your adventure. Walk from Lobuche to Gorak Shep through rugged moraine terrain before continuing to Everest Base Camp (5,364m). Enjoy spectacular views of the Khumbu Glacier and Khumbu Icefall. After spending time at Base Camp, return to Gorak Shep.

Day 10: Kala Patthar and Trek to Pheriche (4,370m) – 15 Km, 8 Hours

Start early with a challenging hike to Kala Patthar (5,545m), one of the best viewpoints of Mount Everest. Enjoy breathtaking sunrise views over Everest, Lhotse, Nuptse, and Pumori. Descend to Gorak Shep and continue toward Pheriche through the beautiful Khumbu Valley.

Day 11: Pheriche to Namche Bazaar (3,440m) – 20 Km, 8 Hours

Continue descending through beautiful Sherpa villages and forests. Pass through Pangboche and Tengboche while enjoying magnificent views of Ama Dablam. Cross the Dudh Koshi River and continue toward Namche Bazaar.

Day 12: Namche Bazaar to Lukla (2,860m) – 18 Km, 8 Hours

Your final trekking day begins with a descent from Namche Bazaar. Follow the Dudh Koshi River through Jorsalle, Monjo, Phakding, and other traditional villages. Cross several suspension bridges and enjoy the changing landscape as you approach Lukla. Celebrate the successful completion of your Everest Base Camp adventure.

Day 13: Fly from Lukla to Kathmandu (1,400m)

After breakfast, fly from Lukla to Kathmandu, enjoying scenic Himalayan views. Depending on flight operations, the flight may operate via Ramechhap. Transfer to your hotel and relax. In the evening, enjoy a traditional Nepali farewell dinner with your trekking team.

Day 14: Departure from Kathmandu (1,400m)

Your Everest Base Camp adventure comes to an end today. Depending on your flight schedule, enjoy some free time in Kathmandu before our representative transfers you to Tribhuvan International Airport for your international departure.
